Welcome

Sky Haven is a 28 sqm one-bedroom condo with a semi-double bed, private balcony, workspace and kitchenette, for up to 2 guests.

In the unit

  • Basic cooking condiments: salt, vinegar and soy sauce
  • Coffee, creamer and sugar sachets
  • Bath towels, shampoo and body wash for all registered guests
  • Netflix and YouTube on the TV

Please bring your own drinking water. Bottled or purified water isn't provided.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Early check-in needs our approval in advance and depends on availability.

  1. At the Verdon Parc lobby, show your tenancy pass to the security guard. You may also be asked for a valid ID, so keep one handy.
  2. After registering, walk to the Maurin Building, right next to the fitness gym.
  3. Take the elevator to Level 22. Our unit is 2217.

Lockbox

The unit key is in the lockbox attached to the unit door.

Your lockbox code is the last 4 digits of the mobile number used to make the booking.

After taking the key, close the lockbox and scramble the numbers.

Parking & pool

Parking

₱350 per day, subject to availability. Please reserve with us in advance. Payment is by GCash.

Swimming pool

₱200 per person, paid directly to the condominium administration. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to swim.

Gym

The condominium gym is reserved for unit owners and long-term residents, so it isn't available to short-term guests.

House rules

  • No smoking inside the unit.
  • Please keep noise down, especially after 10:00 PM.
  • Only registered guests are allowed inside.
  • Switch off the aircon, lights and appliances whenever you leave.
  • Please keep the unit key safe throughout your stay.

Trash

Please put your rubbish in the designated bin near the playground area.

Checkout

Checkout is by 12:00 noon. Late checkout needs our approval in advance.

Before leaving, please help us with the following:

  • Turn off the lights, air-conditioning, and appliances
  • Close and lock all windows and doors
  • Dispose of any rubbish in the designated bins
  • Leave used towels in the bathroom
  • Return the key to the lockbox (and scramble the numbers)
